Axion Product Management Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Axion Product Management, operated by Unirises Software Development Services (hereinafter referred to as “Axion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Axion, including but not limited to product management assistance, as well as any information, text, graphics, photos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Axion website (https://www.axion.pm) (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

2. Service Description

Axion provides remote product management assistance to individuals and businesses by handling various product management paperwork tasks. These tasks include, but are not limited to, crafting user stories, developing product roadmaps, drafting project charters, creating product requirements documents, defining market requirements, conducting competitive analysis, generating user personas, mapping customer journeys, specifying feature requirements, formulating product visions, orchestrating launch plans, evaluating feedback, and more but limited to product management related works.

3. Subscription Plan

By subscribing to Axion’s services, you gain access to unlimited product management assistance for a fixed monthly fee of $395. The subscription plan includes the following features:

  • Requests available every 2 days

4. Service Limitation

To ensure quality and focus, customers can request a service only after the delivery of the previous request, with a minimum waiting period of two days. This approach allows Axion to dedicate full attention to each project and maintain high standards of service delivery, ensuring that each request is addressed promptly and thoroughly before accepting new tasks.

5. Confidentiality and NDA Compliance

Axion understands the importance of confidentiality and ensures that all product managers working on documents or services requested by the client are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). This commitment safeguards your proprietary information at all times, and you can rest assured that your projects are handled discreetly and confidentially by our team. Our product managers are not permitted to disclose any information related to the client’s projects, as outlined in the NDA agreements they adhere to.

6. Communication

Customers will have access to a private channel where they can seamlessly collaborate with Axion’s team and submit requests for the services they need. This dedicated channel ensures privacy and confidentiality while enabling efficient tracking of progress, sharing of updates, and effective real-time communication throughout the project lifecycle.

7. Payment and Billing

The subscription fee for Axion’s services is $395 per month, payable in advance. Payments are processed and handled securely through PayPal services, ensuring a safe and reliable transaction process. The pricing is tax-inclusive, with no hidden costs or surprises on your bill.

8. Termination of Service

Customers can cancel their subscription to Axion’s services at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the Service will be terminated, and no further charges will be incurred. Refunds for partial months of service will not be provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, and proprietary information, are owned by Axion or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from the Service is strictly prohibited. However, the owner of any documents created by Axion during the provision of services shall be the client.

10. Refund Policy

Customers acknowledge that refunds for the service paid in a month are not available. However, they may cancel the services at any time, and the cancellation will be processed using PayPal services. The service period is one month from the day the payment is processed.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Axion or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service. Axion’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the Service during the twelve-month period preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

Axion reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
